Liam is a dynamic and passionate leader of pedagogy, with a proven ability to drive forward teaching and learning, as well as whole-school change. Possessing high levels of both teaching and leadership experience, Liam is currently the Lead Teacher for Innovation at Kellett School in Hong Kong.
Working closely with colleagues across the Kellett network, he developed a whole-school philosophy of innovation informed by best teaching practices, authentic integration of technology, and 21st-century skill acquisition. Focusing on the United Nations Global Goals for Sustainable Development, Liam facilitates a design thinking approach to enable students to connect with local and global challenges, encouraging them to design new, useful, and imaginative solutions. Liam has presented at regional and international conferences around Asia, reaching a wide community of educators.
Over the past 10 years, Liam has worked in PYP and British International Schools in Hong Kong. He is passionate about transdisciplinary learning, inquiry, and conceptual development, and this is reflected in his philosophy of education and innovation.
