Meet Podcast Guest: Joss Cambridge-Simmons

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Described as the UK’s leading ‘super manny’, Londoner Joss Cambridge-Simmons is taking modern childcare to the next level. Joss is the founder of ‘Jossy Care’, a specialist childcare enterprise that focuses on the importance of gender representation.

Award-winning

Since the launch of Jossy Care, Joss has been featured in numerous publications and podcasts and also went on to win The National Diversity Award 2019 for Positive Role Model. He has also appeared on TV’s Men’s Talk addressing mental health which was aired on Sky and CBBC.

As a regular contributor to talks on topics such as male self-care, mental health, wellbeing, love, childcare and creating change, Joss is defying the odds to give back to the next generation. Keen to address the male stereotypes within the childcare industry, Joss is on a mission to raise awareness on sexism, discrimination and male representation within early years education.

In collaboration with TTS

As a contributor to the TTS Talking podcast series, Joss will be raising awareness of the lack of representation across all areas in the early years and the impact this can have on children’s understanding and learning. Joss will be sharing practical suggestions to help settings encourage more men and diversity into the profession. Joss will also be championing why representation is so important not only for the sector, but within society.
