Julie Pearson and Richard Knight join our host Alistair Bryce-Clegg on Series 5 of the TTS Talking Podcast to chat all things to do with Supporting Smooth Transitions in the Early Years.
Julie is an Early Years development manager for the Early Years Alliance, with over 25 years in the sector, starting her career as a part-time nanny, before moving on to working in a nursery as an educator, then moving into a management role. In more recent years, Julie has trained as a tutor and assessor and enjoys using her own experiences and knowledge to deliver and develop training materials to support the Early Years sector.
Richard is an Early Years development manager for the Early Years Alliance, with a variety of experience in Early Years education over the last 16 years. He manages Early Years projects, writes, and delivers training, and as a consultant supports providers to meet the requirements of the EYFS so that they are Ofsted-ready.
