Olivia has 15 years’ experience in the Early Years Sector, starting as an apprentice Early Years practitioner and progressing to Leadership, Management, and Consultancy work. Her passion and experiences include providing outstanding care for children as well as teaching and training practitioners as an Early Years Assessor.
Olivia has a wealth of experience in Childcare, Education, and leading others to achieve their goals. With experience in Specialised Education, Early Intervention, and Enhancing Environments. Olivia has extensive knowledge of Childcare Curriculum, Pedagogy, Provision, and Suitable Solutions.
Educational expertise
From working in nurseries, primary and secondary schools, SEN, Local Authority, and Charity Early Years settings, Olivia has worked in many environments and has a particular passion for weaving influences of many pedagogies into practice. This includes identifying gaps in provision and implementing interventions and solutions to ensure children’s daily experiences, environments and interactions are driven by pedagogical quality, inclusivity and consistently capturing the characteristics of best practice.
Olivia joined RM Resources and TTS in 2022 to further support the Early Years Sector. The sector has faced many challenges and continues to do so, despite it being such an influential part of a child‘s development. Olivia values the importance of Early Years Educators and is looking forward to providing insight and knowledge as a contributor to the TTS Talking podcast to support the incredible people working within the Early Years sector.
